With all of the uncertainty still around us, we want to provide you with peace of mind when you walk through our doors.
Here's a step by step process of what happens when you have an appointment with us:
You'll be greeted by your massage therapist as soon as you walk into the office. They will take your temperature, have you fill out a COVID screening form and a medical history form (if it is your initial visit). Masks are required to be worn by both you and the therapist.
Once that is completed, your therapist will bring you into the treatment room and have an in-depth conversation about what encouraged you to book your massage. They will then come up with a treatment plan with you and discuss what to expect during the massage. This is a great time to ask questions and discuss any concerns you have.
Following that, your therapist will step out of the room to let you get undressed to your level of comfort and get between the sheets while they wash their hands and prepare for the massage.
They will knock to make sure you are ready and enter the room, sanitize their hands and begin the massage while checking in on comfort level and pressure.
This is your time to relax and enjoy and know you are in good hands!
After the massage is over, you'll get dressed and meet your therapist out in the reception area. They'll have water ready for you and some suggestions of things to do at home to get the full benefits of your massage.
