In a session, the practitioner is seeking to transmit universal life energy to the client. The intention is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, reduce pain, and decrease other symptoms you may be experiencing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of energy healing that everyone can use.

Shiatsu and/or Thai Massage
Japanese in origin, Shiatsu utilizes the same treatment method as acupuncture by addressing energy channels of the body known as meridians. With the client fully clothed, this is done through compressing and releasing tissue as well as full body stretches to rejuvenate and stimulate Chi, the vital force of energy in the body. Increasing the flow of Chi through the body can alleviate issues such as low back pain, shoulder pain, and neck tension. The holistic and relaxing flow of a session has also been known to lower cortisol levels, aiding in stress relief.
