Debora DeSimoneIndependent Contractor
Debora DeSimone earned a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University. In 2012, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist at the Center for Natural Wellness and quickly started her career at Saratoga Sports Massage specializing in massage for relaxation and pain management. She practices yoga, meditation and receives massage regularly. Traveling and spending time with her two sons is her passion.

Sarah BuswellIndependent Contractor
Sarah Buswell graduated from The Center For Natural Wellness in 2007. Since that time Sarah practices a variety of modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Sports and Pre-Natal. Her focus is on the client feeling better by designing a massage to fit their lifestyle and improve their day to day activities to lead a healthy life. Sarah welcomes new people all the time. Sarah is a native Saratogian and enjoys living in upstate N.Y.

Erin DeGrawIndependent Contractor
Erin is an experienced LMT and certified personal trainer combining her love of bodywork to enhance the well-being of other active individuals. She understands the importance of healthy muscular tissue in an athlete's and/or active client's overall performance. Through such methods as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point/Neuromuscular Therapy, and Deep Tissue Erin is able to implement a strategy catering to the client's specific needs. A session with Erin can be described as specific and thorough. She treats those experiencing but not limited to: low back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, and shoulder impingements due to overuse and/or injury. Erin's sport of choice is Powerlifting where she lifts weights to test her one-repetition max. You can find her competing in local meets around the capital region or testing her strength at your local gym.

Rachael Kimmerly Independent Contractor
Rachael is a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist in the states of New York and California. She graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness in 2013 and has over 1250 hours of training. She specializes in prenatal and postpartum massage and feels very passionate about supporting women through their pregnancy and beyond. She also has extensive experience in therapeutic deep-tissue massage. Rachael makes sure to adjust every session to her client's specific needs, using a multi-modality blend of techniques, because everybody is unique. In her free time, Rachael enjoys cooking, gardening, and yoga, she also loves to go running with her dog Hadley.

Mary PetacchiIndependent Contractor
A 3rd generation Bodywork Therapist with roots in Scandinavia, Mary appreciates a Holistic lifestyle and has spent her career immersed in the Arts of Health & Wellness. In 2016 she enrolled at The Center for Natural Wellness in Albany, NY, and received her licensure as a massage therapist with additional certifications from the ABMP, AMTA, & the NBMTB. She is currently studying with Floracopeia in New York City for her Aromatherapist Certification. Mary is attentive, empathetic, and passionate about helping clients with massage therapy. She consistently incorporates diverse strategies and techniques such as aromatherapy and energy work to improve client outcomes. Mary loves to spend quiet downtime reading fiction, taking her dogs out for long walks, creating Art with handmade paper, and growing all things green!
