GRATUITIES
It is customary to provided your therapist a 15-20% gratuity at the time of service.
REFUNDS
We will gladly offer you another session if you are dissatisfied and let your therapist know within the first 15 minutes of your massage. We do not offer cash refunds.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Because of the high demand for our services, late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows will be charged the full fee.
INSURANCE BILLING
Insurance reimbursement is the client's responsibility. We will gladly provide you with a written receipt upon request at the time of your session. We do not provide medical codes associated with our massage and bodywork services.
