I’m a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist and proud graduate of Mildred Elley, dedicated to promoting health and well-being through evidence-informed, holistic care. I believe that true wellness stems from reconnecting with ancient healing wisdom and understanding ourselves as multidimensional beings—integrating the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of health.
This integrative approach inspired my journey into Massage Therapy, where I blend therapeutic technique with intention to help clients achieve balance, relief, and long-term wellness. My practice incorporates a range of modalities, including Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Reiki, and more—all tailored to support the unique needs of each individual.

My interest in massage therapy at a very young age after sustaining injuries in a car accident. I received massage therapy for many years by a Native American healer, and ultimately decided to obtain my massage therapy education and licensure at the Center For Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2007.
I practiced massage therapy for several years and decided to pursue a nursing career, where I obtained my BSN RN degree, and ultimately my Master’s Degree in Nursing at the Sage Colleges. Though I continue to work full time in health care, I have continually felt that something was missing, and that I could help heal people on a different level, while being able to utilize my creativity and intuition to guide me. I would like to expand my holistic healing modalities, and come back to my true self.
Returning to massage therapy was a very important decision for me, as I feel that I can connect with people on a deeper, energetic level. I enjoy doing very specific work, and I follow my natural instincts through my bodywork. Providing pain relief and relaxation is very satisfying to me, and I am honored to become a team member at Saratoga Sports Massage.
